How can I contact the clinic?

You can reach us by telephone, on WhatsApp, or through the appointment form on the site. In an emergency the telephone is fastest, because the line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and you can receive first-aid guidance while speaking. If you prefer to write, requests left on WhatsApp or the form are answered too.

What are the clinic's opening hours?

The clinic is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Emergency patients are seen at night, at weekends and on public holidays. For planned treatment, booking removes any waiting: the dentist, the chair and the time required are reserved for you.

Will I be seen if I come without an appointment?

In an emergency, yes; you are seen without an appointment for pain, swelling, bleeding, a broken tooth or trauma. The order is set by the severity of the complaint rather than by arrival time. For planned treatment, booking makes better use of both your time and the clinic's.

How do I cancel or change my appointment?

A message by telephone or WhatsApp is enough. Letting us know as early as possible means the slot can be offered to another waiting patient. A new appointment is arranged in the same conversation, and if laboratory work is in progress the delivery schedule is updated accordingly.

How soon do you reply after I fill in the form?

Requests arriving through the form or WhatsApp are answered as soon as possible, independently of office hours. If your situation is urgent, however, do not wait for a reply: call directly. The written channels are better suited to arranging appointments, asking questions and sharing documents.

Can I send my radiograph on WhatsApp?

You can, and it is particularly useful for a preliminary assessment if you are travelling from another city or from abroad. An assessment from a radiograph is not a definitive diagnosis, however; a treatment plan cannot be finalised without an intraoral examination. Images you share are used only for that assessment.

Can I find out the price by telephone?

A figure given without an examination would be misleading, because how many teeth, which material and whether extra procedures are needed only becomes clear after assessment. Publishing prices for health services is also restricted by regulation. After the examination you receive a written plan with cost information.

In an emergency, should I call first or come straight in?

Either is fine, but calling first helps: you receive first-aid guidance on the phone and the radiograph and surgery are prepared while you travel. If there is spreading facial swelling, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or a high fever, go to the nearest emergency department rather than a dental clinic.

What is the clinic's address?

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Your identification, any previous radiographs and treatment records, a list of the medicines you take or the boxes themselves, and details of chronic conditions and allergies. If you have heart disease, take blood thinners or are on treatment for bone density, bring the relevant reports too; this information directly affects the treatment plan.

What should I consider when booking for my child?

Choose a time when the child is rested and not hungry; morning appointments usually go more smoothly. Tell them the first visit is for meeting and an examination, and avoid frightening language. If they have had a bad experience before, let us know in advance so the approach can be adjusted.

Can I come with someone accompanying me?

You can. If surgery is planned or you experience significant anxiety, having someone with you is advised; you may not be able to drive afterwards. For child patients, a parent being present is standard practice.

Is the clinic accessible?

Please tell us when booking if you are coming in a wheelchair or have limited mobility; entry, waiting and the examination are arranged accordingly and you are given a suitable time. You are also welcome to come with a companion.

Is there support in other languages?

English is spoken at the clinic and the site is published in full in Turkish and English. The treatment plan and informed consent documents are prepared in English on request. When booking, simply say which language you would prefer.

What are the details I give on the form used for?

They are used only to assess your request and to reply to you; they are not shared with third parties for marketing. How personal data is processed, how long it is kept and what rights you have are set out in detail in the data protection notice. You may request deletion of your record at any time.

Can I ask for my personal data to be deleted?

Yes. You can submit your request through our contact channels. Minimum retention periods set by regulation apply to medical records; once that period ends the records are destroyed. Non-medical records such as contact form entries and marketing consent are deleted on request.

Do you send appointment reminders?

A reminder message can be sent as your appointment approaches. If you would rather not receive it, say so when booking. You are also informed when the delivery date for laboratory work becomes definite.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Usually yes, particularly in the evening and at night. Because the clinic is open 24/7 there are no fixed office hours; you are given the nearest available time according to the schedule. If your situation is urgent you are seen without an appointment in any case.

Whom do I contact if I have questions after treatment?

You can use the same contact channels; the line is open 24/7 for pain, bleeding or anything unexpected after a procedure. After surgery you are told in writing when and for which signs you should call. If necessary, your review appointment is brought forward.

Can I write to you through your social media accounts?

You can, but social media is not a suitable channel for sharing health information. Sending your complaint and images by telephone or WhatsApp is both faster and more secure. The social media accounts are used mainly for information and announcements.

How can I make a complaint?

You can send complaints and suggestions through any of our contact channels. Stating what the problem was, on what date and whom you saw speeds up the review. Every submission is recorded and you receive a reply.

How do I obtain my invoice and payment documents?

Documents issued after treatment are provided on request, and a digital copy can also be supplied. If you will be making a claim to an insurer or an institution, telling us in advance which documents you need means the paperwork is prepared accordingly.

Can I call from abroad?

You can. If an international call has connection problems, writing or leaving a voice message on WhatsApp is more practical. There is no need to allow for the time difference; the line is open 24/7.

Can I book on someone else's behalf?

You can; giving the name, contact number and complaint is enough. Examination and treatment decisions, however, are discussed with the patient themselves, or with a parent or legal representative for child patients. Health information is shared only with the patient.

Where can I find out the terms for the first examination?

The terms for examination and charging are not published on the site, in line with regulation. You can ask when booking, or ask for a written explanation at the clinic. The treatment plan drawn up after the examination sets out what each procedure covers.

Are our conversations recorded?

Information relating to treatment is entered in your patient file; this is required by health regulation and is in your interest. Separate notice is given if telephone calls are recorded. Details of how personal data is processed and stored are set out in the data protection notice.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

If you realise you will be late, a phone call is enough; the schedule is adjusted and you are moved to another time the same day where possible. Because the clinic is open 24/7, evening and night slots can also be found.

What if I have to leave the city before treatment is finished?

Let us know as early as possible. Unfinished work must be left at a safe stage: a temporary filling or crown is placed and a written account of what has been done is given for the dentist who will continue your care. Your radiographs can be shared digitally.

How can I be sure your contact details are current?

The telephone, WhatsApp and address details on this page come from the site's single source and are updated across every page at once when they change. The links and the map at the foot of the page use the same source, so you will not see conflicting information in different places.

What should I do if I cannot reach the clinic?
