Dent360 Dental Clinic has the title of "Data Controller" according to Article 3 of the KVKK and we take utmost care in processing and protecting the personal data of our Patients and Patient Relatives (Companion, Parent, Guardian, etc.), potential patients and guests, and their relatives, website visitors, suppliers and service providers and their employees/authorities and other third parties in accordance with our legislation. This clarification text has been prepared to fulfill the Clinic's "information obligation" within the clinic, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). In this context, the main general and special personal data, especially the personal health data required for the execution of all medical diagnosis, examination, treatment and care services and obtained for this purpose, are listed below;
