All-on-Four is a treatment that builds a fixed dental bridge on just four implants for an edentulous jaw or one about to lose all its teeth. Thanks to implants placed at special angles, most patients can leave the clinic the same day with fixed temporary teeth, without the need for a bone graft. It is ideal for patients who have lost, or are about to lose, all their teeth and do not want to use removable dentures.

02 Are fixed teeth really placed the same day?

In most cases yes; fixed temporaries are placed the same day after surgery, and the final prosthesis is made once healing is complete.

03 What is the difference between All-on-Four and All-on-Six?

Depending on bone volume, six implants may be used instead of four; which is suitable is decided after digital planning.

04 Is it hard to maintain?

No; the fixed bridge is brushed like normal teeth and, with interdental brushes and regular check-ups, is preserved for years.

05 Is the procedure painful?

The surgery is done under local anaesthesia (sedation if desired); you feel no pain during it.
