Frequently Asked Questions 30

01

Which districts of İstanbul do you accept patients from?

Patients are accepted from all 19 districts of İstanbul: Beylikdüzü, Kepez, Konyaaltı, Aksu, Döşemealtı, Serik, Manavgat, Alanya, Kemer, Kumluca, Finike, Demre, Kaş, Gazipaşa, Korkuteli, Elmalı, Akseki, Gündoğmuş and İbradı. Each district has its own page describing travel, access and appointment arrangements from that area.
02

What are the area guide pages for?

Each district and neighbourhood page gathers what a patient from that area actually needs: how to reach the clinic, what affects the journey time, the dental problems commonly seen in that area, how to arrange an appointment and what to do in an emergency. The aim is a genuine reference for that specific area, not repeated text.
03

Where exactly is the clinic?

The clinic is in Beylikdüzü, the central district of İstanbul. Being in the city centre gives direct access to the main roads and public transport lines both from the central districts and from the outlying ones. The full address and a map link are on the contact page.
04

I am coming from a distant district — how many visits will I need?

When the distance is known, the plan is built around it: several procedures are combined in one day, impression and try-in appointments are scheduled back to back, and laboratory time is brought forward where possible. How many visits you need becomes clear after the examination and is given to you in writing.
05

What do the neighbourhood pages describe?

Neighbourhood pages cover the route to the clinic from that neighbourhood, which district it belongs to, the surrounding neighbourhoods and the questions patients from that area ask most. They also link directly to the treatment pages and the emergency dental page, so you reach what you need in one step.
06

If there is no page for my neighbourhood, can I still be seen?

Of course you can. The pages exist to present area information clearly; they are not a precondition for treatment. Patients from anywhere in İstanbul and from outside the province are seen in the same way. If your neighbourhood has no page, you will find what you need on your district's page.
07

Does it make sense to travel from a distant district in an emergency?

In an emergency what matters is reaching a clinic that is open and equipped that day. Because the clinic is open 24/7, patients are seen at night, at weekends and on public holidays. Calling before you set out does two things: you get first-aid guidance on the phone and preparation is completed while you travel.
08

I am coming from outside İstanbul — are the area pages useful to me?

If you are travelling from another province, the access information on the contact page and the visit schedules on the treatment pages will be more useful. The area pages are written for people travelling within İstanbul. Even so, the Beylikdüzü page is a good place to understand the clinic's location and getting around the city.
09

Do I get the same service whichever district I come from?

Yes. The examination, treatment plan, materials used and follow-up arrangements do not vary by area. The only thing that changes is how the appointment is built around your journey: for patients travelling far, visits are combined; for those nearby, procedures can be spread out more comfortably.
10

How do I reach the clinic by public transport?

The clinic is in Beylikdüzü, at a central location served by city bus and tram lines. From the central districts it can be reached without a change or with a single change. From outlying districts the usual route is to the intercity terminal first and then onto city lines. Use the map link on the contact page for detailed directions.
11

Will I have trouble parking if I drive?

There is parking around the clinic. At busy times finding a space can take a while, so setting out a little before your appointment is more comfortable. If surgery is planned, you are advised not to drive afterwards, so having someone with you is a good idea.
12

What if I am late for my appointment because of summer traffic?

Journey times in İstanbul lengthen noticeably in summer. If you realise you will be late, a phone call is enough; the schedule is adjusted and your appointment is moved within the same day where possible. Because the clinic is open 24/7, evening and night appointments are also available.
13

Is there a different arrangement for patients from tourism areas such as Kemer, Belek or Side?

Most patients from these areas want treatment within a fixed holiday period, so the plan is built around it. If you tell us how many days you have, a sequence that fits is prepared and work requiring the laboratory is brought forward. The most practical route from your hotel is also described.
14

Is there any particular difficulty for patients from rural districts?

The real difference is the journey time; the treatment itself does not change. For patients from districts such as Akseki, Gündoğmuş, İbradı and Elmalı, the aim is to complete as much as possible in a single visit. Your appointment time can be set so that the return journey falls in daylight.
15

Can I be examined and treated on the same day?

In most cases, yes. After the examination and radiographs, fillings, scaling, the first stage of root canal treatment and emergency care can be done the same day. For crowns, veneers and dentures that need the laboratory, the impression is taken the same day and fitting follows at the next visit. Mention it in advance if you are travelling far.
16

Are the distances on the area pages exact?

These are approximate figures and vary with the route, the season and traffic. In summer, journey times on coastal routes lengthen noticeably. For an accurate figure, check a live map application before you set out.
17

Do you have a branch in my area?

Care is provided from a single centre, the clinic in Beylikdüzü. The area pages do not indicate a branch in that area; they set out the information and appointment arrangements for patients travelling from there. Working from one centre means you are followed up by the same dentist and the same team.
18

Is there a campaign or discount for my area?

Announcing prices or discounts for health services is restricted by regulation, so no such information is published on the site. The treatment plan and payment terms are given to you individually and in writing after the examination. These terms do not vary by the area you come from.
19

I want to come late at night — is there transport from my area?

The clinic is open at night, but public transport becomes infrequent late in the evening. From the central districts, night travel is usually by taxi or private car. If you are coming from an outlying district at night, plan your return journey too. Calling before you set out means we expect you.
20

How often is the information on the area pages updated?

The pages are updated whenever access, opening arrangements or the range of treatments change. The sitemap records the last modification date of every page. For constantly changing information such as roads and traffic, a live map application is always more accurate.
21

What should a patient in my area do first in an emergency?

First stabilise the situation: for bleeding, apply firm pressure with clean gauze for 15-20 minutes without interruption; for swelling, apply cold to the cheek from outside; for a broken tooth, keep the fragment. Then call the clinic; you will be told what to do and whether you need to set out. For spreading facial swelling, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or a high fever, go to the nearest emergency department.
22

There is both a dental clinic page and an emergency page for my neighbourhood — what is the difference?

The dental clinic page is for planned treatment: which treatments are provided, how to book and how to travel from that area. The emergency page is for pain, swelling, bleeding and fractures arising at night, at weekends or on holidays; it covers first aid and how the visit works.
23

Are the dental problems common in my area really different?

Some patterns do vary by area: emergency visits that begin during a holiday are more frequent in coastal and tourism areas, while advanced problems from postponed treatment are more common in rural districts. These are tendencies, not rules. Your own situation is determined by examination in every case.
24

Which area page should I start from to book?

It does not matter; every area page carries the same booking and contact options. If your neighbourhood has a page, starting there gives you the most relevant information. If not, your district page is enough. You can also request an appointment directly from the contact page.
25

Are the area pages available in English?

Yes — every district and neighbourhood page has an English counterpart, and you can switch with the language selector at the top of the page. The bilingual structure is intended for foreign residents of İstanbul and for visitors who need treatment during a holiday.
26

I am bringing an elderly relative — what should I watch for on the journey?

On long journeys it matters that medication times are not missed and that meals are not disrupted; this is even more critical with diabetes. Booking a comfortable time of day, outside peak traffic, helps. Bring a list of the medicines they take and any recent radiographs.
27

What should I consider about accessibility when travelling from my area?

Tell us when booking if you are coming in a wheelchair or with a companion; entry, waiting and the examination are arranged accordingly and you are given a suitable time. Choosing an accessible vehicle and route saves time on the journey, particularly from outside the centre.
28

Does the information on the area pages replace medical advice?

No. The information on the pages is for general guidance and does not replace an examination. The same symptom can have different causes; which treatment is needed can only be determined by an intraoral examination and imaging. If you have a complaint, do not delay seeing a dentist.
29

How do I find my own area on the site?

The area guide page lists every district and the neighbourhoods within it. The link directory at the foot of every page also groups treatments, emergency services, districts and neighbourhoods into collapsible categories. Using your browser's in-page search for your neighbourhood's name is the fastest way.
30

How long will I wait when I come from my area?

For patients with an appointment, waiting is kept to a minimum, which is why calling ahead is advised for planned treatment. In emergencies the order is set by severity rather than arrival time: bleeding, spreading swelling and trauma are seen first. If you say you are travelling from far away, the schedule is arranged accordingly.
