The All-on-Four Process in Istanbul
Bone structure is assessed with examination and tomography; if suitable, surgery is done in a single session and fixed temporary teeth are placed the same day. After fusion (3–6 months) the permanent prosthesis is prepared. For international patients, surgery and temporaries on the first visit, the permanent prosthesis on the second.
Who Is It Suitable For?
It is ideal for patients who have lost all their teeth, have long used a full denture, or whose teeth cannot be saved. In some cases with advanced bone loss, All-on-Six or different planning may be recommended; the best approach is decided after digital planning.
