Where is Dent360 Oral & Dental Health Clinic?
Our clinic is in Adnan Kahveci neighbourhood, Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. Its location allows short travel from Esenyurt, Büyükçekmece, Avcılar and Bahçeşehir. Call us or message on WhatsApp for directions.

Is the clinic really open 24 hours, seven days a week?
Yes. Emergency patients are seen at any hour, including at night, at weekends and on public holidays. This does not mean a rota list on the door; it means the clinic does not close. Evening and night appointments are also available for planned treatment.

Which treatments are provided?
Implants, zirconia and porcelain crowns, laminate veneers, root canal treatment, extractions and oral surgery, orthodontics, paediatric dentistry, gum treatment, dentures, fillings, whitening and scaling. Emergency dental care is also provided 24/7. Each treatment has its own page describing the process in detail.

How do I make an appointment?
By telephone, on WhatsApp or through the appointment form on the site. In an emergency the telephone is fastest; you can receive first-aid guidance while speaking and preparation is completed while you travel. For planned treatment, booking ahead removes any waiting.

What should I do with severe toothache?
Painkillers give temporary relief but do not solve the problem; pain stopping does not mean healing. Avoid applying heat, apply cold to the cheek from outside if there is swelling, and call the clinic. If there is spreading facial swelling, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or a high fever, go to the nearest emergency department.

Where can I find out treatment prices?
Publishing prices for health services is restricted by regulation, so no figures appear on the site. The same treatment also varies from person to person; how many teeth, which material and whether extra procedures are needed only becomes clear after an examination. A written plan with cost information is given afterwards.

What happens at the first examination?
Your complaint is heard, the mouth is examined and a panoramic radiograph is usually taken. Your medications, chronic conditions and allergies are recorded. The available options, their duration and their outcomes are then explained. The plan is given in writing; you are not obliged to decide the same day.

I am coming from another city — how is the plan arranged?
When we know you are travelling, several procedures are combined in one day, impression and try-in appointments are scheduled back to back and laboratory time is brought forward. If you call before setting out, we can tell you how many days to allow.

Do you accept patients from abroad?
Yes. As part of health tourism, Dent360 offers all treatments — especially implants, smile design and cosmetic dentistry — to patients coming from abroad, with communication in Turkish and English throughout the process.

Which parts of Istanbul do patients come from?
We receive many patients primarily from Beylikdüzü, as well as Esenyurt, Büyükçekmece, Avcılar, Bahçeşehir and Başakşehir on the western European side; we also have patients from other parts of Istanbul and from abroad.

Do you treat children?
Yes, paediatric dentistry is provided. The first examination is recommended after the first tooth appears and by the first birthday at the latest. The first appointment is usually just meeting and an examination; the aim is for the child to get used to the clinic without fear.

I am afraid of the dentist — what can I do?
Saying so at the first visit is the most important step. When the fear is known, visits are kept short, each step is explained in advance and a signal to pause is agreed. The first appointment is usually just an examination. Dental anxiety is common, and postponing treatment only makes the problem larger.

Do I have enough bone for an implant?
This can only be established by imaging; bone height and width are measured with a panoramic radiograph and, if needed, a three-dimensional scan. If bone is insufficient, grafting or a sinus lift usually still makes an implant possible. The time since the tooth was removed affects the amount of bone.

How many visits will my treatment take?
Fillings and scaling usually finish in one visit. Root canal treatment takes one or two. Crowns and veneers take two or three including impressions and try-in. Implant surgery is a single visit, but several months pass while the bone integrates. The exact number is given after an examination.

How is sterilisation carried out?
All instruments passing between patients are packed and sterilised in an autoclave, and the pack is opened in front of you. Single-use items are renewed for each patient and unit surfaces are disinfected between patients. Sterilisation records are kept and can be shown to you on request.

Is the anaesthetic painful?
A surface numbing gel is applied before the injection, which noticeably reduces the sting. Once the anaesthetic takes effect, no pain is expected during the procedure; you may feel pressure and vibration. If you are uncomfortable, raising your hand is enough for us to pause.

What payment options are available?
Payment terms are set out individually and in writing in the treatment plan prepared after your examination. Regulation prevents figures and campaign announcements being published on the site. If you would like to ask when booking, our contact channels are open.

Do you work with insurance or institutional agreements?
If you will be making a claim to an insurer or an institution, telling us in advance which documents you need means the paperwork is prepared accordingly. For the current position on agreements, please ask through our contact channels.

How many dentists are there, and who are they?
The team structure and the dentists' areas of expertise are set out on the about page. Because the clinic is open 24/7 there is a dentist available at night and at weekends, so you are not kept waiting when you attend as an emergency.

Do you provide service in English?
Yes. The site is published in full in Turkish and English, English is spoken at the clinic, and the treatment plan and informed consent documents are provided in English on request.

Are the patient reviews genuine?
The reviews published on the site are from real patients. Under health regulation, reviews claiming superiority of outcome or that are directive in nature are not published. If you would like to share your experience, you can send it through our contact channels.

Will I get the result shown in the before-and-after images?
No such promise can be made. Every mouth is different: gum health, bone structure, the bite and oral hygiene all affect the outcome directly. The images show what is possible, not what will happen to you. A realistic expectation can only be discussed after an examination.

How often should I have scaling?
Between six months and a year suits most people, but the interval shortens with gum disease, smoking or implants. Your own interval is determined at the examination. Leaving calculus in place leads to gum recession and bone loss.

The pain has gone — should I still come?
Yes. Pain stopping does not mean the problem has ended; the nerve dying completely also stops the pain, and infection then progresses silently. A tooth whose pain has settled but is never checked can develop a cyst or abscess, and treatment then becomes longer and harder.

Can I come late at night?
You can; the clinic is open at night and emergency patients are seen. Calling before you set out helps: you receive first-aid guidance on the phone and the radiograph and surgery are prepared while you travel. Bear in mind that public transport becomes infrequent at night.

I am pregnant — can I have treatment?
You can; postponing all dental treatment during pregnancy is usually wrong, because gum inflammation increases in pregnancy. The second trimester is most suitable, and in an emergency the stage does not matter. Always tell us that you are pregnant and how many weeks along you are.

Do I need to tell you about my medication?
Yes, without fail. Blood thinners affect bleeding time, bone-density medicines affect jaw healing, and some blood-pressure and diabetes medicines affect anaesthesia and recovery. Bringing the boxes or the prescription is most reliable; treating you without this information puts you at risk.

Can I come for a second opinion?
Yes — a second opinion is the patient's right and is sensible for large treatment plans. The assessment is made from your existing plan, radiographs and any written proposal. The aim is not to judge the previous dentist but to review together whether the proposed work is necessary and what the alternatives are.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A message by telephone or WhatsApp is enough. Letting us know as early as possible means the slot can be offered to another waiting patient. A new appointment is arranged in the same conversation, and if laboratory work is in progress the delivery schedule is updated too.

How is my personal data protected?
Your data is processed to create your appointment, carry out your treatment and meet legal record-keeping obligations; it is not shared with third parties for marketing. The site is served over an encrypted connection. Your rights of access, correction and deletion are set out in detail in the data protection notice.
